You can easily transfer from San Diego International Airport to the cruise port using Bus 992. Catch Bus 992 at your terminal and exit at "Broadway & N Harbor Dr"'s bus stop (which is soon "Broadway & Kettner St" and "Harbor Dr & Hawthorn St" for those of you looking at the timetable). You have just made it to your cruise terminal in about 15 minutes. You will probably already see the cruise ship before exiting the bus.
