Directions to cruise port from either Atatürk Airport or Sabiha Gökçen Airport:

By Public Transportation:

The cheapest way to reach downtown Istanbul from either Atatürk Airport or Sabiha Gökçen Airport is to take an Havas Airport shuttle at a cost of 10 TRY (equivalent to about 6.5 USD or 5 EUR) from Atatürk Airport and 13 New Turkish Liras (equivalent to about 8 USD or 7 EUR) from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The trip to Taksim Square would take about 45 minutes.
You can then take the tram. An antique tram runs along Istiklal Caddesi between Taksim Square and Tünel Square. Once at Tünel Square, you can take the funicular to Karakoy, which will be next to the cruise port.

By Taxi:

Prices are very reasonable by Western standards, you can consider going from the airport to the cruise ship terminal entirely by cab. A taxi from the airport to the cruise port costs about 30 to 40 New Turkish Liras (equivalent to about 19-25 USD or 15-20 EUR). The trip takes between 35 and 75 minutes. Be sure you're taking an officially authorized taxi. Personnel at the airport will be able to assist in this regard.
