On foot / subway ("Metro"):
Probably not worth the trouble when compared to the taxi, but
here is the information if interested:
Barcelona does have a
subway system, however Barceloneta (the station closest to
Estacio de Franca) and Drassanes (the station closest to the
cruise port) are not on the same line. It is possible to go from
Barceloneta to Drassanes by transfering in Passeig de Gracia. Barcelona's subway

You can walk from Barcelona
Estacio de Franca along Passeig de Colom to Christopher Columus
Monument - where you will be able to catch a blue bus:
Once you have reached the
cruise port, you may take a blue bus for 2 euros in order to
reach your pier (depending on the pier used by your cruise ship,
the distance between Christopher Columus Monument and your ship
may be greater than the one you just traveled between Estacio de
Franca and Christopher Columus Monument). A great map of the port
as well as more explainations regarding blue buses can be found
